Shipping

Orders for in-stock items usually shipped the next business day from warehouses located in Nashville, IN and San Diego, CA. We update product status as soon as possible, but not in real time. Please contact us for availability on rush or time sensitive orders.

Items out of stock will be shipped as soon as available and back orders are automatically canceled after 60 days. Your credit card will not be charged for back orders until the item is shipped. We may hold an order until it can be shipped complete. Shipping charges are clearly indicated, and are not refundable.

We ship UPS & USPS. Shipping Charges are calculated at checkout. Free US Ground Shipping on Orders over $125 (excluding: AK, HI, PR & territories);

US delivery address time in transit estimates:
Ground (4-7 business days),
2nd Day Air (2nd business day - No weekends);
Next Day Air (Next business day - No weekends);
Priority Mail (2-3 business days) USED FOR ALL APO / FPO ORDERS
Express Mail (1-2 days - No Sunday or Holiday deliveries)

Time in transit are estimates only, from time of shipment. Items may be shipped separately depending on their warehouse location. When shipped from separate locations customers will receive the tracking information for each package.

International Orders

International orders are billed in US Dollars and shipped USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days). Please note that you are responsible for any restrictions or prohibitions, taxes, duty or brokers fees in your home country.

Please choose Priority Mail International from the list when checking out. If your country is not listed, sorry we do not ship there.



Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. You may return orders unused, in new condition and in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. For health reasons we are unable to accept returns on personal care products such as razors, shaving brushes and manicure implements unless defective.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error. UPS Ground or Priority Mail shipping and handling charges will be applied to return orders that received free ground shipping.

Important! Please E-mail Customer Service for a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at your expense.
